and speaking of leche flan, i had some recently wherein the lady made it using an ice cream gallon can as the llanera!! – it was either selecta or is it arce? it was a tin ice cream can. hahahaha apparently alot of people do this? i thought it was hilarious and very creative – especially to someone like me who finds making leche flan tedious – but i love eating it!
