If I may digress, I was in Greenbelt 1 last Friday and I chanced upon a newly-opened small resto named “Bellychon”. They’re serving boneless lechon. Wanted to try the food but the place was full (I think there were only about 4-6 tables). Thought of Zubuchon. :)

My Mom, brother, nephew and i (hubby was unfortunately out of the country at that time) went to Cebu 2 Decembers ago just to try that famed lechon. We had three meals in Zubuchon during our 2day-stay but only spent 1/8 of our plane fare to pay for the meals and the pasalubongs (jams, chicharon and lard) hahaha. Too bad we didn’t see MM – i would have told him in person the trip was well worth it and more!
