Legazpi market’s come into its own, on my last visit to the market, I got to pick up some of the Pamona farm pates, chicken liver; they also have chicken breast pate, and I think I saw gizzard and liver pate combination. Swung by to have some dulce de leche ice cream, and dithered whether to have oyster cake or chorizo paella (the latter won out). I enjoy puttering over the used books stall, or rifling through the paintings/postcards at a few of the other stalls. Plus if you have P400, you can buy a nice sheer kimona at that stall with the gorgeous Japanese robe on display. They make great gifts!
