what i like best about your website specially of the recipes are the comments and suggestions to better the recipe. so i most likely try to make the recipes with more comments. keep on writing -=(“,)=-

I have tried the tarte tatin upside down cake and was quite satisfied with the result. And because we have more apples than we could use from our own tree, I got the idea of preserving the apples by caramelizining them. Now I have three big bottles of preserved apples and dig them from time to time to make some dessert.

I polled and of course it was the first one. I have tried several recipes now and all are def. keepers. I have tried:
Bicol Express
Talong with Gata and tinapa
Pasta el Fagli, Fagle.. heck the one with Borlotti Beans
Laing
Kare-kare

Have tried the Bicol Express so far. It was a hit! Esp. since the family is originally from Bicol. My aunt loved it and was raving about it.I made it sooo mild, so as to entice the little Americanitas to taste it — they did and they liked it!

about the second choice/answer in your poll. masyado namang harsh :) i mean madami namang reasons why a certain recipe did not turned out well, especially if you did it for the first time, etc. i’m sure naman na your recipes are really good. unfortunately i haven’t tried any so far. soon!
