Let us all unite in praying for the victims of Yolanda/ Haiyan both the people living in these areas of calamity and the wounded and dead. I’ve seen the videos and listened to the news reports and saw how the people suffered. It is indeed very heroic of the news team groups of Jiggie M together with Love A, and that of Atom Araullo to brave this horrific weather conditions and put themselves in the line of danger not to mention the threat of lack of water and food to bring us up-to-date regarding the current conditions as they were unfolding. They deserve our prayers, gratitude, and praise as well. As you’ve mentioned, MM, kudos to Jessica Soho/ GMA news team. I almost had the opportunity to meet her in person last December 6, 2012 as she is one of the principal sponsor at my niece’s wedding together with Claudio but both were called to fly off to a news mission at the last minute. I was so disappointed because I just flew in for a few days to attend the wedding. Anyway, thank you for this post. I would like to be of some monetary help to your cause. I am concern for the people on the small island of Yoland’s path. Anyone have status of Malapascua and Bantanyan? I fear worse for people on these island, pray they fared safely with minimal damage to property.

i know the feeling, having been hit by ondoy in 2009, it took us almost three (3) years to get things back to normal. Whenever, it rains hard, still have anxiety attacks that the floods are coming again. I wonder if things will ever be the same.

Even here in Kuwait, our kabayans are all worried about the extent of damage this typhoon brought and will continue to bring these coming days. Prayers were said this morning during our worship service. Next, we are talking about ways to extend our help. I prayed for you, too, and your family & staff. I’m quite relieved after reading your post, but there’s still too much to be done, too many others needing a helping hand. Let’s act as one in reaching out to those affected.

Been praying for all in the path of this violent violent storm. Seems unsatisfactory from the comfort of my home.. but keeping the faith that God does provide ..to persevere and stir in hearts to reach out to those in need.
