same way freezing an olive oil with chopped herbs in an ice tray…use the ice cube when you saute veggies….makes the olive oil more flavorful :)

Greens & Blossoms, with edible flowers, this would be particularly striking! As for fruit, the list is long like watermelons, duhat, etc. We are going to use this with lemonade and iced tea that we will sell at one of our Zubuchon outlets… Risa, yes, the insulated mug probably helped, but it worked in the regular glasses of officemates as well. So maybe there’s something about frozen citrus or sweetened liquid that makes it melt slower.

Could the double glass have slowed the melting? I see it would prevent the warmth of your hand or the room from getting onto the drink – except from the top.

Looks like heaven in a glass on a hot day! Frozen calamansi make great ice cubes too….and just the right size.
