It took awhile for them to troubleshoot the intermittent disconnect issue. It always happens when i start using the phone. They keep telling me that I might have connected the filters wrong, and If they have to come over and find out that i’ve connected them wrong they will have to charge me $200 for the inside-the-house service call.

I told them if they don’t fix it i will move back to cable. Come to find out they left a monitoring chip on their box outside my house when they are renovating from copper to fiber optics which is interferring with the DSL signal.

They had to give me 2mos free internet service after they admitted their mistake :-)
