Sounds absolutely delicious.But if i&#039;m lazy, i just heat it up and eat it with freshly boiled rice, hehe.]]></description>

EbbaMyra, that sounds good! joey, do you save the marrow too? :)  Fabian, odd you should ask, but I have been consciously trying to reduce pantry, freezer and refrigerator stocks, I am now down to the lowest levels in perhaps 5 years!  We have 3 refrigerator/freezers of varying sizes, humongous to small, and a walk-in pantry (small one) chock full with stuff. Artisan, a walk-in chiller is one of my lust after items.  Obviously, I enjoy my food shopping... bettyq, those ideas sound delicious to me!  alicia, in this case, I would almost argue the leftovers were BETTER than the original dish! Mangaranon, was the veal in a red or a white sauce?  michelle h, seems we all have the logical next use for leftover stew down pat!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Ako naman, pag ganitong may tira na meaty stew, I put it in a slow cooker (crockpot), add frozen mixed vegetables or canned corn, chopped celery,onion, pinto beans and water.  4 hrs. on high or 7 hours low -- I topped it either with chopped cilantro and crushed nacho chips (for a mexican style) or shredded mozzarella and sliced toasted french bread - ummmm... great great soup in rainy days... or sunny ok rin.]]></description>
