Makes me wonder if visiting French gourmands would have wondered equally at that Chinese fellow who use to roll heart of palm lumpia in an alley way in Divisoria’ years ago. My Parisian street epiphany was crêpe doused with not Marie Brizard triple sec, not even Cointreau but the superior stuff Grand Marnier.
