newbie here… loved the recipes…

ive done the lapu-lapu, or what kind of fish that was, escabeche that was featured in your blog… and it was so good… though have to substitute the lapu-lapu with tilapia…

the sauce was so easy to prepare, and i now know that the secret to a good escabeche is ginger… =)

I wonder if it’s the same cake. The icing though is whipped cream and not buttercream and it had white chocolate shavings on top. Since I’m here in the US, I really miss that cake. Does anyone have a recipe of Lemon Torte?
