We finally managed to eat there, when we came in early and decided to have brunch at around 1030am. It was just me, my wife and 5 year old daughter. We really liked the lechon, but we ended up loving the sinigang na lechon. My little girl couldn’t get enough of it.

We’ve sort of decided to just have brunches in Zubuchon in the future. Only way to work around the long queues. :)

Agree with Anthony Bourdain, it’s the best lechon ever. I left your Mactan store with more than just lechon. Got the jams, tablea, and everything else I could fit in my “quintessential” balikbayan box to SFO. Waiting at the airport for my delayed PAL flight to Manila gave us the chance to eat more of your sisig, dinuguan, and lechon flakes. I savored every morsel and bite. Kudos and more power to you and Zubochon.
