just so you know………this is my favorite Philippine blog. While it blogs everything of home, it does so without trying to insert as many vocabulary words out of the English language as possible. Too much vocabulary use can be prohibitive to good [food, market, culture, people….basically, orientational] blog writing. It has better appeal in some novel book of sorts. I like the simple writing here. No one’s trying to overly impress anyone with their English over food and all things Philippines. Much of your posts make me long to be home. (I’ll be home for only three weeks in May 2011). Thanks for an awesome blog! (^_^)

Wishing we were there to enjoy the buffet by Ms. Fores and discover the other interesting vendors as well. I am sure, there will be plenty of surprises. Have fun to all those who could make it!

As for my family and I, we would just be hitting the beach to enjoy the sea, the sand and the sun.
