Didn’t know there were books like this except the one printed by the couple from Brooklyn . If this book is anything to go buy, I’m buying one for my kids as a crash course on Filipino food, culture and history. I’m still waiting for Amazon to clear my account postcode so I can place an order.!!! Hopefully there will more books exploring regional recipes !

Always happy when I see such gorgeous Filipino cookbooks out in the world to spread the word about our cuisine! Now doubly excited since I know you’ve got some recipes in there :) Haven’t gotten From our table to yours yet, although I’ve been meaning to…I was supposed to contribute as well but by some unlucky accident my recipe got left out :(
