What about Maliputo? Have you tried this fish yet? local version is talakitok…You can only get this fish in Taal LAke… but much tastier than talakitok.

My father’s from alaminos, pangasinan and they’ve got the freshest seafoods imaginable. makes my mouth water everytime i visit your blog (at least once a day) :)
