Mandy, yes, I will be there in Cebu as quite a few of the participants are friends and they have emailed to indicate they will be there in full hungry force… so Mrs. MM and I will be there to feed them… :) Several have booked the outdoor terrace as well. Hotel rooms on Mactan next to impossible for that weekend. :)

Omg!! I can’t wait to have that on August. MM, in case you didn’t know yet, the IronMan 70.3 triathlon will be held in Mactan on August 5. There will be about a thousand athletes competing, plus more people watching. I’m sure to drop by your outlets (either in Mactan, the city, at the very worst, the airport). :)

Joe-ker, yes, you are almost technically right in a sense, ribbon cutting and blessing was on June 25th, but we opened earlier without fanfare and were serving meals under “soft-opening” mode on June 16, 2011, I believe… :)
