It was truly a “Dining Experience”! First hand at that! From the moment we stepped in that magical promontory, not knowing what to expect, to the table setting, the mood lights, the appetizers, to the LECHON! I have never been to cholesterol heaven and back, and if I had stayed in Heaven…I would have a smile on my face. Our hats off to you MarketMan, you are truly inspiring. And Market Manila should be ‘LIVE in Manila!’.

MM, having just arrived from Europe, my vote goes to L’ Table de Joel Zubuchon, very very amusing. But alas, very Westernized. Maybe L’ Mesa ni Joel Zubuchon? My brain juices have run dry though due to jetlag so no suggestions from me. Great idea. I would love to book it in the future. I will tell all my relatives in Cebu about it!
