Farfalle Wreath by Fiori di M

This unusual yet beguiling wreath arrived at our door the other day, a present from a friend. Wrapped in clear waterproof floral cellophane, it had earth friendly details like tiny vines used instead of scotch tape or staple wire to seal the present. The vine wreath, simply decorated with gorgeous ribbons and twelve perfect farfalle is the first time I have seen pasta used so unconventionally. Of course it would be something that the wonderful crew of Margarita Fores of Fiori di M would create…

The wreath came with a little card, which described an achuete wreath, rather than a farfalle wreath, which I gather was just a mix-up, but an achuete wreath would be cool too. Many thanks to our friend, a travel agent extraordinaire, for this wonderful holiday present!
