What Can Go Wrong (or Amazingly Right) On Safari…

P1010440 (1)

Remember my posts last year of our safari in the South African bush? A lot of readers asked how risky it was to be going around in open-sided rovers, particularly in amazing instances like our personal experience with the cheetah, hyenas and lion in one fell swoop just after sunset one evening… well, click HERE to see some amazing photos of the experience of some tourists in Kenya recently. No one was hurt, but honestly, if a cheetah or cheetahs did that to our Rover, I would have totally freaked out. Make sure you scroll to photo 7/11 for an approximation for my feelings exactly. :)

  1. Perhaps it would be wise to pack highly absorbent underwear and water-repelling outer wear when setting off for a safari expedition. Depends, if you are truly excitable.
